We are pleased to invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on:

The AGM is an important opportunity to stay informed, participate in key decisions including elections, and help shape the future of our community. The meeting agenda is attached for your review. A key item to highlight this year is the proposed adoption of revised and updated bylaws.
Over the past several months, the Board of Directors has undertaken a comprehensive review and modernization of the League’s bylaws. This work has also been reviewed in consultation with the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues to ensure alignment with current governance standards and best practices.
At the AGM, a formal resolution will be presented to the membership to adopt these updated bylaws. This is the final step in the process, and your participation and vote are important.
We encourage all members to attend, review the materials in advance, and take part in the discussion.
